1. Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services provided by the operator of this website to its customers. The contracting partner and provider is the legal entity listed above.

A consumer is any natural person acting outside commercial or self-employed activity. An entrepreneur is any natural/legal person or partnership acting in commercial or independent professional activity. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Product Information and Usage Restrictions

  • Products (especially peptides/chemicals) are sold exclusively for research use.
  • No use in or on humans/animals, no therapeutic/diagnostic/medical use, no consumption.
  • Use is limited to qualified personnel in suitable laboratory environments.
  • Any misuse (food, supplement, medication, cosmetics, illegal production) is prohibited.
  • Customer confirms legal age (18+) when ordering.

Chemical/physical/toxicological properties may not be fully researched. No warranty is given for suitability beyond research purposes.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Product listings are not binding offers but invitations to order. The customer submits a binding offer by clicking the final payment obligation button. Automatic order receipt emails do not constitute acceptance.

The contract is concluded only upon explicit acceptance email or shipment confirmation. Contract language is English; translations are convenience-only.

4. Customer Account and Website Usage

  • Shop usage is possible as guest or registered account.
  • Customers are responsible for account credential confidentiality.
  • Account information must be kept accurate and up to date.
  • Accounts may be blocked/deleted in case of violations.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All listed prices are final prices including statutory VAT, excluding shipping unless indicated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods (advance payment only):

  • Bank transfer
  • Bitcoin
  • PayU

Bitcoin specifics:

  • Payment counts as confirmed after required network confirmations.
  • Up to 0.5% surcharge may apply due to exchange volatility.
  • Shortfalls over 2% may lead to rejection/cancellation.
  • Refunds are processed in Bitcoin and may vary by exchange rate.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Worldwide shipping via UPS.
  • Processing up to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • EU delivery typically 7-10 business days after dispatch.
  • International delivery may take up to 14 business days.
  • Partial deliveries may occur if reasonable.

7. Import, Customs, and Legal Regulations

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, duties, and local fees borne by the customer. Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws and import rules.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain property of the seller until full payment.

9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right after receipt. Return shipping is borne by the customer. Opened sealed goods or customized products may be excluded.

10. Warranty and Liability

Statutory consumer rights apply. Liability for minor negligence is limited to foreseeable damages from essential contractual duties. Liability for improper use is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Final Provisions

Polish law applies (excluding CISG). Jurisdiction for entrepreneurs is Poznan, Poland. EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
