We ship to addresses within the European Union and selected European countries offered at checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot fulfil your order at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, sales, or inventory checks, processing may take longer. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details when your parcel is handed to the carrier.

3. Carriers and delivery times

We work with established parcel carriers. Delivery times after dispatch are usually 2–7 business days within the EU, depending on destination and carrier service. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown in the cart and checkout when applicable.

5. Packaging

Research products are packed to reduce movement and protect contents in transit. Packaging may vary by product category and batch without prior notice.

6. Customs, duties, and taxes

For cross-border shipments within the EU, applicable VAT rules generally apply as shown at checkout. For any non-EU destination we may offer in the future, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees may be charged locally by authorities or the carrier. Those costs are the recipient's responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.

7. Incorrect or incomplete address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a shipment is returned due to an address error or failed delivery attempts, we may charge reasonable reshipping fees or cancel the order in line with our terms.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, public holidays, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
